“I have been at my job for 5 years, but I have been in the banking industry for over 30 years.”

Serigo Inda was born in San Diego, California, and he is 50 years old currently. He works for a local credit union. He went to Southwestern college to study criminal justice, but during this time he worked a part time job, and was working at a bank that would process checks. He didn't really want to proceed in criminal justice, so he continued to work in the banking industry, because he really liked this career path.

Since COVID-19 happened his typical day of work looks like sending emails, and doing zoom meetings, and project-related work. One of the changes he had to make was working from home which has been very different. Also he has to keep direct communication with the other coworkers, and make sure that everything is fine. Serigo definitely had worries about getting sick, and especially watching the news, and seeing how many people were dying after getting COVID-19. He believes that we still need to keep precautions, and social distance in order to keep the cases down, and the more people get vaccinated the more the cases will go down.
